Here in our London hair salon, one of our favourite looks from the Spring Summer 2012 runways was a simple elegant hairdo which is really easy to create at home.

Christian Dior was the leader of the pack for 1920s hair. Hair was sleek, side parted with either chignons on the nape or casual horizontal rolls. Think less neat wedding hair and more relaxed Sunday hair. Flyaways are fine with this look.
Try it yourself at home: work some MoroccanOil through the hair, combing through to distribute evenly then tousle with your hands and some hairspray to ‘mess’ it up. Make a neat side parting and allow some hair to fall over the hairline on the forehead slightly. Tie hair in a tight pony above the nape then loosely roll the hair upwards and secure with pins above and below the roll. This doesn’t have to be super neat and make sure you allow the hair to be a bit looser around the face.
Good luck!
